Hi, I’m Sidhun MK – a curious learner, problem solver, and travel dreamer.
By profession, I’ve spent almost two decades in the automotive world, working on exciting projects with companies like Stellantis, Renault, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Bosch, and more. My work has mostly been about cost management, project strategy, and making big, complex programs run smoother and smarter. These experiences gave me a chance to work across cultures, travel to new places, and see how ideas come alive when the right people come together.
I hold a Master’s in Engineering & Manufacturing Management from Coventry University, UK, which shaped my foundation in combining engineering depth with management perspective. I’m also currently pursuing my PhD at IIM Kozhikode, continuing my journey of learning and exploration alongside work and life.
But beyond the titles and projects, what really drives me is curiosity. I love digging into how things work, whether it’s a car, a process, or even a loyalty program. (Yes, I’m a bit of an Amateur Credit Card & Airmiles Geek ) That passion has taken me to 14 countries so far, each trip leaving me with stories, learnings, and inspiration.
Beyond work, I’m passionate about writing, learning, and building. I write personal letters to my son, Aiden, I’ve been writing him letters since before he was born – small snapshots of life, travels, and lessons – something I hope he’ll treasure as he grows.
When I’m not deep in spreadsheets or strategies, you’ll find me traveling with family, trying out kids-friendly places, or exploring new ideas for my personal projects.
This site, sidhun.com, is where all of this comes together. It’s not a résumé, but a reflection of who I am: a professional, a traveler, a researcher, and most importantly, a learner who’s still exploring the road ahead.
